This is a non stick steel walnut mold trays with 12 cavities. Make traditional walnut shape cookies quickly and easily . Each walnut is 1-3/4 L X 1-1/4" W. Simply fill cavities with filling and bake in oven. Made from food grade steel with food grade non stick coating.

Walnut Recipe
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1/2 bar of butter (unsalted)
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup finely grated walnuts
1 grated lemon peel
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp cocao
Mix all ingredients together. Add enough flour so that dough is not sticky. Roll dough into small balls and place balls
into the refrigerator for one day. Remove from refrigerator and shape dough into the nut forms. Cook for 15-20 minutes
at 350 degrees, cool.
Filling recipe
7 cups grated walnuts
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 bar of butter
1/2 glass of rum
3 tbsp of strega
Mix together, then place into cooked walnut forms.
